    Leonard Kramer sees patients at our Puyallup office. He has been in the hearing care profession since 1996, joining Beltone in 2003. He attended McHenry County College and has taken certificate courses in two Dale Carnegie courses. He has earned the Beltone Advanced Master Practitioner award.

    Mr. Kramer was recruited into the hearing health care field when his boss noticed that he listened to peoples’ needs, took interest in his clients and develop good rapport with people. His favorite part of the day is when one of his patients hears sounds they have been missing. He smiles when they smile.

    Mr. Kramer and his wife have one daughter, and a grandson they like to dote on. They are actively involved in their church and enjoy traveling whenever possible.

    Mr. Kramer’s patients appreciate his sincerity and that he makes every effort to help them hear the best they can again.
