Meet the Beltone Virginia Beach, VA Staff

Bari Grohler

BC-HIS


Bari is the oldest child of two of the earliest Beltone franchise holders and successful business entrepreneurs. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and relocated to the Hampton Roads are when she was 12. After graduating high school in Hampton, she attended The University of Toledo where she earned her Associates and Bachelors degrees.

She opened her first Beltone office in 2001 in the Pembroke 4 building in Virginia Beach. This is her largest office and houses most of the corporate staff. Subsequent locations were added in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Norfolk over the next several years.

Bari obtained her hearing aid license in 2002 and became nationally board certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2007.

Bari is proud of her family affiliation with Beltone which dates back to the 1960s and very happy to share this business venture with her two grown children who have joined the business. Bari's brother owns the Beltone offices located on the Peninsula. "It's a family affair."

Beth Hall

Vice President of Operations

Beth is a Hampton Roads native that attended Frank W. Cox High School.

She previously worked for Smartbeep (7 years) then obtained her insurance license and was employed by Allstate (4 years).

She joined the Beltone family in February 2007. With her continued hard work, ambition and passion to help our patients she excelled rapidly.

In her free time, she stand up paddleboards and enjoys paintballing with her family.

She and her husband Glen reside in Virginia Beach with their 3 children.

Diane Schneider

Licensed Hearing instrument Specialist

Diane Schneider is originlly from Atlanta, GA where she graduated from the University of Georgia. She has been serving Beltone patients since 1995 in the Tidewater area. She is very well known for her tender touch and first class customer service. Diane does whatever it takes to satisfy each and every person by listening to their needs and finding the best solution possible. In her spare time DIane enjoys reading, painting and traveling to visit her children and six grandchildren. She lives in Virginia Beach with her husband Bob and dog Boomer.

Mark Grohler

Chief Financial Officer

Mark grew up in Bay Village, OH, a suburb of Cleveland, and graduated from Bay High School. Mark furthered his education at Wittenberg University where he received his BA in Political Science and then went on to pursue his law degree from the University of Toledo. Mark started with Beltone in July of 2001, as a dispenser and a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialistas well as a Nationally Board Certified Specialist. He currently holds the title of Chief Financial Officer and manages all of Beltone's finances. In his spare time, Mark loves to play golf, read, spend time with his children and excercise. He is an avid sports fan and loves the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.

Zach Grohler

Accounting Manager

Zach started working for Beltone during his high school summer vacations on the front desk. He attended Tidewater Community College after graduating from Kempsville High School where he received his Associate and two years later graduated from Christopher Newport with a degree in Finance. Zach has a dual role with Beltone as the Accounting Manager (handling finances and insurance) and Advertising Manager where he’s responsible for the company’s marketing and advertising.
Zach married his high school sweetheart in the summer of 2015 and resides at the oceanfront. His hobbies include golfing, reading and spending time with family and friends from college.
