The Honorable Jesse Rangel is a member of the International Hearing Society, Louisiana Society for Hearing Aid Specialist and currently sits on the State Committee of Examiners appointed by the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry. He formerly sat on the board of the Texas Hearing Aid Association. He has been a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser for 22 years and has also been an Audioprosthologist since 2002. His goal is to help the hearing impaired by providing rehabilitative/hearing aid services as a Hearing Healthcare Professional.

April Rangel is the wife of Jesse Rangel and has been in the Hearing Aid Industry for 22 years. April is a member of the Texas Hearing Aid Association, Louisiana Hearing Aid Society, International Hearing Society and licensed in the State of Texas and Louisiana to fit & dispense hearing instruments. She knows that a hearing loss can make an indidvidual feel isolated and depressed. One of her greatest joys is helping these indivduals overcome this communication barrier. She says "I'm here to help the hard of hearing for the long haul." April mostly works in the Longview location Monday - Wednesday and Bossier location on Thursdays.
