Lesley Kirby

Helping the hearing impaired for over 17 years, Dr. Kiby is the only Doctor of Audiology in Florence, and owns the only private practice office in Florence. She is married to her husband Ronnie and his two children, Garrett and Kelsey.

Trish Leviner

Trish Leviner, born in Winston-Salem, NC, has been a resident of Marlboro County for several years. She is active in the community, volunteering at the local food bank and is a member of the On Stage Theatre group. Trish enjoys spending time with her family, husband Andy Leviner, and sons Tony, Stone and Justin. With decades of experience in healthcare, she has been a member of the Lifetime Hearing team for several years. Her passion lies in making a difference in the daily lives of those affected by hearing loss. She is looking forward to bringing the premiere hearing services of Lifetime Hearing to the Cheraw area!

Brittany Pearson

Brittany Pearson was born in Hanover, Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Florence County for several years. She resides in Pamplico with her husband, Steven, their son, and three dogs. Brittany is an active member of our community helping local charities and hosting learning opportunities about hearing health. She is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys kayaking and spending time with family. Brittany is our managed care specialist and a patient favorite in our Florence office.

Samantha Foster

Samantha Foster is a native of Massachusettes but has quickly adapted to life down south. She recently married her longtime sweetheart, Jesse, and they are expecting to add to their family later this year. Samantha is a devoted Christian and a nature enthusiast who enjoys hiking in the beautiful North Carolina mountains with her dogs, Josie and Aslyn. She is an active member of the Camden BNI Chapter. Samantha prides herself on building trusting relationships with her Florence and Camden patients.

Kim Borelli

Kim Borrelli is a Founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team and brings her prior experience as a Financial Planner and Chief Learning Officer to strengthen our team with leadership, financial and personal development. She enjoys travel and experiencing different cultures, with Israel as her favorite destination. She has lived in Florence for 10 years and been part of the Lifetime Team since 2012.

Reagan Roberts

Reagan is a native of Sumter County with strong military ties. Both her father and her husband have served which has allowed her to see a big part of the world. She is married with three kids and a menagerie of rescue dogs. She has been an active volunteer of the Darlington County Humane Society since 2013. Reagan has been our practice for over three years serving as our patient care coordinator in our Florence office.

Amanda Thomas
