Using Beltone hearing aids; great to hear clearly! Brandon was excellent at helping me.;
😱 I saw Brandon Whitaker at the Goose Creek center, but he also is at Moncks Corner. I am still in shock. I have never been treated like my hearing matters so much. Honestly I am in tears writing this and there was nothing about sales mentioned whatsoever, it was a cleaning appointment for my out of warranty hearing aids. He noticed some interesting patterns on my last audiogram as he aligned my settings and he was truly interested in my history with hearing aids and neurological issues. I have worn hearing aids for 15 years. I can tell you that you won’t find the sincerity and care that I was fortunate enough to have with Brandon. He helped me so much. I wish I had seen him before I retired as an educator. I cried a lot due to frustration and I think Brandon would have spent time doing the best he could to get the maximum benefit for my personal situation . He is patient and professional, hard to find these days. I sound really old, but I’m not- ha, just tired of lame service. Thank you Brandon!;
