Joel & Tamira Villaseñor - Owners
Joel is a 3rd generation Beltone master hearing aid practitioner, who learned his trade from his grandfather and father, in their Beltone offices in Texas, where he grew up. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas in El Paso, has over 15 years experience working with Beltone technology, and absolutely LOVES helping people with their hearing. It is a point of pride to him that he has worked with nearly every digital hearing instrument circuit that Beltone has built, and now he brings that experience and expertise to the hearing impaired community of the Williamette Valley. Tamira splits her time between being a stay at home mother for their two children, and operating as office manager.
We live in Eugene, less than a mile from our Beltone office, (which has been in the same location for over 20 years) and can be found walking to work when the weather is nice, and sometimes even when the weather isn't so nice. We enjoy hiking, local music, visiting the beach, and love life here in Oregon. We do our best to buy local goods wherever possible, as it helps this community that we are committed to. We are excited for our three year old daughter who just started preschool, and happy to have our year old son often join us at work. We are a modern family business, part of a great Beltone tradition, and we are proud to be your neighborhood hearing aid office. We would love to show you how easy and enjoyable better hearing can be!

Susan Bennett
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Susan, Joel's non-biological sister, takes care of our Albany and Keizer locations. She has over 20 years of Beltone experience, and also learned her trade from Joel’s father and grandfather in Texas. She currently lives in Albany, and enjoys long walks in the Oregon sunshine with her four Maltese poodles. She is passionate about helping people hear better, and is best known for her quick smile and easy laughter, making the process of choosing a hearing aid fun and enjoyable.
