    Dawn Tucker is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and is licensed by the State of Ohio to test hearing, fit hearing instruments, and recognize disorders of the ear. She has been in hearing healthcare with Beltone since 2005. She offers hearing healthcare talks to groups who are looking for a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional speaker. Her largest group to date was more than 100 seniors. Dawn also recently taught the “mechanics of sound” to 75 fifth graders! She loves that her job affords her the opportunity to help others daily. Her patients can often be heard saying, “It's like family when we are here.” She received the Beltone Pacesetter Award 2008, 2012, 2013 and became a Master Practitioner in 2012.

    When not looking in ears, Dawn is a freelance writer, and her articles and essays have been published in 40+ magazines online and in print. She regularly writes articles for senior newsletters, as well as the Garfield Heights Chamber of commerce, of which she is a member of good standing. She has three children (Barry, Gene, and Jamie), three grandchildren (Alexis, Jayce, and Tristan), and two very spoiled chihuahuas.
