Kristina and her staff.Denise were their typical personable , friendly, helpful selves. Kristina did an audio test to update my file. She cleaned my aids and installed new domes, and wax guards, There was a quality control person from Bell tone to provide information on new technology available help cancel out background noise. Very thorough in explanation. Was an informative visits and will consider the new technology;
