Thomas F Biondi *BC-HIS, LHAS

Thomas is a Brooklyn born native who grew up in Farmingville Long Island and studied at the University of Central Florida in Orlando for Electrical Engineering and the University of South Florida in Tampa for Business Administration. After several years of electrical engineering Thomas was visiting his brother in Buffalo NY where he received his first exposure to the field of Audiology at his brother’s hearing aid center to get help diagnosing the frustrations of his own hearing impairment. Witnessing firsthand the rewarding field of Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing by observing his brother help others with their hearing health care needs Thomas decided to switch gears and became credentialed by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences and Licensed to dispense Hearing Aids on June 22, 1994.

Since then Thomas has been a Board-Certified Licensed Hearing Health Care provider for over 25 years and an active member with the American Auditory Society, International Hearing Society as well as the Hearing Health Care Alliance New York since 1994 where he has successfully fitted over 9,523 hearing aids to date in his career as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. As a hearing-impaired person himself wearing 2 Beltone Amaze hearing instruments coupled with his Electrical Engineering background Thomas brings an unsurpassed level knowledge, expertise, understanding and compassion to his patients and is an asset to the Beltone family of hearing health care providers.

Claudia Brown

Claudia joined the Beltone family in November of 2018 as PCC for the Ossining location. She was already very familiar with the Beltone brand because her mother has been a patient of Beltone for years. She has seen firsthand, how Beltone hearing aids have improved the quality of her mother’s life. Claudia says that her favorite part of her day as a PCC is the patients. She enjoys getting to know each and every one of the patients in the Ossining office and at the same time providing them with excellent customer care. Claudia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pace University and prior to Beltone has worked in the medical insurance industry. Claudia lives in Putnam County with her family, her dog Otis and Toby her cat.
