She earned her degree as a Hearing Practitioner from Beltone University.She also has a degree in Phlebotomy. She ventured into Hearing Practitioner because she wanted to be able to help people more, in any way she can. Mandy started as a Patient Care Coordinator in Ridgeland, MS, where she discovered a passion for helping people to hear better and have a better quality of hearing, and life. Mandy is committed to providing exceptional hearing health care to the Ridgeland and Meridian community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Mandy isn't managing her Beltone Offices, she can usually be found hanging out with her kids, watching tv or enjoying a good book and hunting during hunting season.

Emily Barrier is a Patient Care Coordinator who joined Beltone in the spring of 2022. She enjoys interacting and helping her Patients anyway she possibly can. When Emily isn't assisting patients, she can be found enjoying her grandchildren and her animals. She also enjoys working on her tractor and hunting during hunting season.
