    David is currently dispensing hearing aids for numerous offices across the upper Midwest. He was the Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor for Siemens Hearing Instruments MN where he was employed for 33 years. David has been a pioneer in many shell making processes including polymer, U.V. and S.L.A hearing aid shells along with silicone ear molds. He traveled across the world working on a global manufacturing process to standardize ITE manufacturing. In addition, David ran the ITE production department with more than 100 employees and oversaw the production of thousands of custom hearing aids per day. He was a national CEU trainer at venues such as VA hospitals, universities and commercial accounts. He trained hearing instrument dispensers on subjects such as ear mold impression taking, ITE manufacturing concepts, ITE shell/BTE mold repair and modification, as well as BTE silicone instant ear mold fabrication. David received his certified hearing instrument dispenser (CHID) license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) in 2006. He has tenure as a proctor and exam committee member for the MDH hearing instrument dispensing committee.
