Tom Smith is a very patient, helpful man.;
My 93 grandmother with dementia went to have hearing aides cleaned. There was nothing wrong with them. After sitting there for 3hrs being told she needed new ones. They charged her $4000.00 that included a $1000.00 discount for keeping her working old one. My father has went back to resolve the issue of take advantage of his mother. Adrienne Bergman the consultant was rude and yelled at them. He has reported them to the BBB and will be filing an elder abuse report also.;
