I was duped by Belltone in Gladwin Mi. I explained my use of the free test coupon. I had MS in my brain, and have trouble processing at times. That during the testing I could have a lag in my response time. We went forward with the testing, and she said I presented with hearing issues. And asked if I wanted to try a pair, I was ok with that. She then started talking about me buying these. I explained that I would have my Medicare Advantage card in the next week. She then left the room, and brought back in a form to check my credit, I told her I didn’t need credit, that if I bought the hearing aids, I would use one of my own cards. She explained the credit check was just a formality to make sure there was available funding. She asked me if I would like to wear them home and see how they worked. I agreed and she gave me a form for Ally Financial. She said I would have to sign that to wear them home, just in case. She stated she was leaving the next day for vacation but would b back on Monday. I went home and quickly , within an hour, realized it wasn’t my hearing impaired, it was my processing of words that was impaired. I put everything back into the bag I was given, and took the back to the office on Monday morning. I explained that I did not need them, nor did I want them. I was there to return the product. She put both hands in the air and told me they could not b returned as I had warn them out of the office. I am still fighting for a refund and to return the hearing.;
