Clarence Freeman, M.A., CCC-A

Clarence Freeman has practiced audiology in the Baton Rouge area for over thirty years. He was the first audiologist in Baton Rouge to fit hearing aids. He has experience with all major hearing aid manufacturers. Clarence is an extremely compassionate individual who takes a personal interest in every patient. He tries to learn as much as he can about his patients in order to successfully fit them with the perfect device. Clarence is proud to offer flexible appointment scheduling with evening appointments upon request. He has even been known to make house calls. Clarence became the only authorized dispenser for Beltone in the greater Baton Rouge area in October of 2012. He is extremely impressed with the new Beltone Legend made for iPhone hearing aids.

Tricia Freeman, M.A.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Tricia is a retired Speech Pathologist who joined the practice is 2010. She became a licensed hearing instrument specialist in 2014. Tricia enjoys the process of identifying hearing needs and selecting appropriate technology. She has a special interest in strategies to improve speech clarity. Ticia manages the LACE auditory training program for the center. She is a great proponent of using oral reading to sharpen clarity skills. When you read aloud, you see and hear the speech sounds. This has proven to be beneficial to train the new hearing aid wearer to the sound of phonemes through their new digital instruments. Tricia publishes the email newsletter and other print material for the center. She serves as the center's marketing director.

Paula McClendon
