Really friendly and the girl really seems like she knows her job really good would recommend to anyone nice atmosphere;

The lady that administered the test was very friendly but the company itself is very confusing. I had previous hearing tests and was told that I need hearing aids in both of my ears which Beltone told me the same thing but my first hearing test was through and actual audiologist and conducted in one of the big sound proof rooms and I was told I could get hearing aids for around 1500.00 for both ears. These were a cheaper version but they did not accept my insurance. The base model hearing aids here are 3000.00 dollars and then I am supposed to pay an additional out of pocket fee of almost 500 dollars to get them. I'm sorry but someone is milking the insurance for all it's worth and to upgrade to the version shown on the website they want me to pay an additional 2800.00 plus the 3000 my insurance pays. There should be limits on how much they can overcharge for these things. I guess everyone will just continue to yell at me. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all....;
