If I had questions they have answered them all. They even have helped me when I had trouble with the hook up with my new phone and hearing aids. They even have taken my calls when not at work. Thanks for the help.;

It is always a pleasant experience . And above and beyond. I've been going through belltone for around 3 years now. I've seen Matthew blake that runs Georgetown, winchester areas. you couldn't find a better, outstanding person ! Wonderful guy. Now I know why my grandmother went through this company all her life getting quality hearing aids. That's why I gave them a shot when my hearing went. I'm so glad I took my grandmother's word for it. I still remember her talking about how she would only go to them when I was a child. Thanks, beltone and Matt, who really deserves recognition for his outstanding professionalism and care for customers. I had a bad experience with the company that was linked up with the cynthiana Ky Hospital. I was depressed and very anxious after i found out how bad my hearing was and the way it was presented to me really upset me. I didn't go to their hearing place. Instead, i went to beltone. Matt took the time to ease that sadness and anxiety with his professionalism, love, and understanding. I can not thank him enough for what he's done to help me through that. God bless him.;
