My mother in-law is in a nursing home and her hearing aid stopped working. I took the hearing aid to Beltone in Bedford, IN . I did not have an appointment, but the young woman working at the front desk (sorry, I did not get her name) took care of the problem very promptly and courteously. I was expecting to have to leave the hearing aid for some time, but she took care of it in less than 10 minutes and I was able to return it to my mother in-law right away. She and I were very pleased!;
