Perfect;
Bob was great. He took the time needed to explain everything in the testing process, the test results and what they meant. We discussed insurance and payment options and was patient in answering all my questions too. He showed me how to insert the ear buds, had me try it and I felt comfortable with using them when I left. He also explained follow up for any adjustments I may need. I feel I made a good choice in choosing Beltone and especially in getting Bob Mathes and his wife to be the ones to help me.;
They are very prompt, professional, and friendly! It’s nice doing business with them.;
