Her favorite part of her job is hearing someone say they can hear their loved ones speak to them again. She enjoys learning about her patients’ individual needs and working with them to give them the best outcome possible. Starr lives in Webster City, IA with her husband and their two cats. She loves visiting with her son and daughter-in-law who live in New Mexico, and to craft in her free time, making paper crafts, doing crochet, and woodworking.

I discovered I had something in my left ear that I didn’t know it was there . My right ear needs a hearing aid (I got two for Christmas) and will use them. The staff were very helpful and friendly;

The staff there are awesome! They worked with me to get this paperwork I ahead of time. The person that did the hearing test was very knowledgeable and explain the process thoroughly definitely recommend.;
