I've been coming here for years but this time was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Plus it was the most informative. I was impressed to say the least.;

My experience with Laina was a delight. To finally have someone so nice, so knowledgeable and so caring feels amazing. She has been the only person I have ever seen at Beltone that has been able to fix the problems I have been having. She listened to every word I said and fixed every problem I had. My hearing aids have never sounded this good. She walked outside with me to make sure I would still hear this great when I left her office, she made practice phone calls with me to make sure I did well on the phone. She takes patient care to a completely different level. It brought tears to my eyes to see how kind she was to me. This young lady has truly changed my views on hearing instruments. I will never go with another product other than Beltone. Thank you so much Laina. And Beltone, you’ve got an amazing young lady representing your company.;
