Vaughn is a graduate of both the University of Georgia Business School and Auburn University School of Audiology. Having grown up around hearing aids, he is familiar with the hands on approach necessary for proper hearing healthcare. With a Masters Degree in Audiology, he knows the importance of appropriate medical attention when hearing healthcare requires a physician's intervention. A board certified hearing care specialist for over 25 years, Vaughn is an extremely compassionate individual who takes a personal interest in every patient. He tries to learn as much as he can about his patients in order to successfully fit them with the perfect device. His care and attention has earned him various awards. Vaughn is proud to offer flexible appointment scheduling and evening appointments, and has even been known to make house calls.
Vaughn is married to Phyllis K. Bray, who is the Administrative Manager of V B Associates, Inc. They were married in 1983 and have three sons who all attend The University of Georgia.

Jim is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist who has been helping people with hearing loss since 2000. Jim has clients in both the Columbus, Georgia main office of V B Associates and has been managing the LaGrange, Georgia office for many years. Jim is the recipient of the Beltone Master Hearing Aid Practitioner distinction from Beltone and has won the Beltone Pacesetter Award. He is a member of the Georgia Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals and has demonstrated an unsurpassed passion for helping people.
Jim and his wife Shelly have three children and currently reside in Phenix City, Alabama.

Lynette is a native of Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia. She traveled to New Zealand, Eurpoe, and eventually the United States, settling in Columbus, Georgia. As the V B Associates main office Staff Patient Care Coordinator, Lyn has over 30 years of experience helping clients with their overall hearing health. She takes pride in assisting the clients and hearing healthcare practitioners select and maintain the right hearing instrument for each patient we serve. She is happy to provide professional service for any issues and answer any questions you may have about your hearing health or hearing instrument needs.
Lyn has two adult children and six grandchildren, all who reside in the greater Columbus area.
