Burt greeted us immediately upon arrival and the appointment went really well. My husband has been resistant with getting tested for a hearing aid for several years. He’s finally come to the realization it’s not everyone around him but is him that has a hearing problem. Burt was very sympathetic and kind And went through the hearing test thoroughly with him. Showed him the results and it was shocking to say to say the least. He went over the options carefully explaining how one hearing aid over the other one is beneficial and let us select what was right for my husband circumstance. Burt is extremely accommodating, and I felt like he was really interested in us not just the sale. I would highly recommend Belltone at least this Sunrise facility for sure;
