Reviews of Beltone Orange

The Beltone Orange, CT Team

  • Cassandra Macdonald

Cassandra Macdonald, a South Carolina native, became inspired to improve people’s lives through hearing largely because of the day - to - day struggles she has witnessed her own father, a Vietnam veteran who suffered from hearing loss.

Since Cassandra started at Beltone, she has worked in several locations in Connecticut and is now looking forward to servicing all the wonderful patients of the Orange office. Cassandra has a gift of compassion and is able to bond with each patient on a personal level.

Cassandra has done everything from plan community outreach events educate people of the benefits of better hearing to simply helping a patient paint their nails while they wait for their appointment. She strives to make each person's experience an easy and enjoyable one. When asked about what drives her work, Cassandra stated, “Improving people’s lives through better hearing is such a remarkable experience.

Tears are often brought to my eyes when I see the expression on someone's face when they hear a loved one's voice clearly again. This is my passion to work with the Beltone family and give people back the joy of hearing.

When Cassandra is not in the office helping her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family. Kurt, her husband, is a veteran and career firefighter who has devoted his professional life to serving others as well. Addison, their daughter, is a talented athlete and amateur cook who dreams of one day becoming a nurse in order to help others. Tyler, their son, is a very talented musician and artist. Cassandra and her family frequently attend charity and live music events and enjoy Connecticut's coastal views.
