    President

    William McCrae, President of Beltone Audiology and Hearing Aids has been in practice for over twenty years. He is a third generation Dispenser with the Beltone family. His practice has been twice the recipient of Beltone's Regional Award and is the 2009-2010 Beltone President's Cup recipient. McCrae recently served as Chairman of the State of Texas Licensing Committee for the Fitting & Dispensing of Hearing Instruments. He is also past President of the Texas Hearing Aid Association, Member of the International Hearing Society, and is a member of the President's Advisory Committee for Beltone Electronics.

    Director of Patient Care

    David Ives earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University and Master of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University. He holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Ives joined Beltone in 2003 and continues to assist patients improve the quality of their lives through better hearing. In addition to his clinic work, Ives is the Director of Patient Care for the Beltone team, providing continuing training and support to our practitioners.

    Audioprosthologist Hearing Instrument Specialist

    Colorado native, Donald Williams has been helping the hearing impaired since 2005. In 2011 he was awarded and honored as one of the top 10 practitioners with Beltone. In 2012, Williams was inducted into the National Register's Who's Who, which honors recognizable success in the respective field. Williams is committed to providing better hearing healthcare to all his patients through professional, knowledgeable and caring service.

  • Dr. Chris Molek, COHC, F-AAA

    Board Certified in Audiology

    Dr. Chris Molek is a Board-Certified Audiologist with more than 25 years’ experience. She received her Master’s degree in Audiology from Northwestern University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University. She recently completed a course to become a certified occupational hearing conservationist (COHC) and is working to complete a certification to counsel and manage tinnitus patients. Dr. Molek enjoys educating her patients on hearing loss and the benefits of amplification. She is most interested in developing long-term relationships with her patients and assisting them in their journey to hear better.
