Owner / Hearing Care Practitioner

Anthony Hinson is an HCP/Owner who joined Beltone in 2011. He earned his degree from William Paterson University. Anthony started as an HCP in Sacramento, California, where he crafted his skills and passion for the hearing impaired community. He was state licensed in 2003. Anthony has worked with various other manufacturers such as ReSound, Oticon, Phonak and lastly Beltone. In 2011 Anthony had the opportunity to own a Beltone practice and in 2013 he expanded his practice to include four locations in the Sacramento area. Anthony is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Sacramento, Placer and Yuba counties and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Anthony isn’t managing his Beltone offices or seeing clients, He can usually be found playing golf, or attending sporting events with his wife and son.

Well, you asked for it. My experience with Beltone has been thoroughly frustrating. I have been attempting to achieve resolution in getting a replacement for a lost hearing aid for twelve months now with no success. It was taking so long to get a simple fix that six months into the process I told my hearing aid technician that I should now qualify for a new set. He looked into it an eventually discovered that I do in fact am qualified for a replacement set. Three or four months into this process, the company cannot figure out who is going to pay for the new aids. This is really confusing to me as I received full coverage from the state several years ago. So the confusion over this issue seems to be between your company and whoever is involved. This now seems to be a Laurel & Hardy episode wherein th customer (me) is at the mercy of some bureaucrats who cannot get their xxxxx together. So I am getting to the point where I may have consult with a higher authority or another company.;
