He earned a National Board of Hearing Instrument Specialist certificate in 2019. Shane started as a hearing instrument specialist in Hot Springs, Arkansas where he discovered that helping patients improve their quality of life with hearing aids was his passion. Shane Short BC-HIS, serves as the President of the Arkansas Hearing Society. The society responsible for providing Continuing education hours for all specialists in the state of Arkansas. Shane is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Hot Springs Village community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Shane isn’t assisting patients, he can usually be found on the golf course or hanging out with his dog, Bo. He also enjoys spending time with his 5 stepdaughters and wife.

Went in to get my left hearing aid looked at the battery was dying early in the day. Was immediately taken care of and battery sent off.;

I was in need of a “emergency“ hearing test to take to my ENT before he could start treating me for the sudden onset of Vertigo. Beltone was able to see me immediately. Shane Short conducted the hearing test and it was one of the most thorough and professional hearing tests I have ever had. Shane was able to coordinate with my ENT’s office to get them the material they needed. In addition, Beltone did not charge me for the hearing exam! I highly recommend Beltone and Shane Short!;
