Lisa Smith is a Hearing Care Professional who joined Beltone in 2017. Lisa began her employment as a Patient Care Coordinator cleaning the hearing units and scheduling follow up appointments. Lisa's true love to help the Hearing Community jump started her career to become a licensed Hearing Care Professional. Lisa now does her own Hearing Screenings and cares for her patients in her Jasper AL, Fayette, AL and Columbus MS offices. In 2019, Lisa received Beltone's Pacesetter Award.Lisa was also recently recognized in the local newspaper for her article on the connection in Cognitive decline and hearing loss. Lisa is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to everyone and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Lisa isn't in her offices or seeing patients, she can usually be found spending time with her family, grandchildren and her two dogs, Chico and Bella.

Lashaunka Aaron is a Patient Care Coordinator who joined Beltone in 2022. She earned her Associates of Applied Science degree from Bevill State Community College. When Lashaunka isn't assisting patients, she can be found outdoors enjoying different activities such as hiking, hunting, fishing, and trail riding. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her dog

Went in with my mother and they were very timely and polite the entire visit. Lisa took the time to explain how her settings worked on with her hearing aids and how to control the settings manually. Great experience!;
