Barbara came to Beltone Hearing Center with a background in Accounting and Office Administration to be the Patient Care Coordinator for Dothan Beltone Hearing Center. After coming to Beltone, Barbara completed the Distance Learning for Hearing Health Professionals Course through the International Hearing Society in 2011 while working as an apprentice fitter. She received her Hearing Instrument Specialist fitter’s license from the State of Alabama Hearing Instruments Board in February 2012.
Barbara is currently the Hearing Care Practitioner at Beltone Hearing Center in both, the Enterprise and Eufaula offices located in Alabama.
Barbara and her husband Ted reside in Newton, Alabama. Barbara has 4 children and 9 grandchildren.

Staff Audiologist, Owner
Vaughn is a graduate of both the University of Georgia Business School and Auburn University School of Audiology. Having grown up around hearing aids, he is familiar with the hands on approach necessary for proper hearing healthcare. With a Masters Degree in Audiology, he knows the importance of appropriate medical attention when hearing healthcare requires a physician's intervention. A board certified hearing care specialist for over 25 years, Vaughn is an extremely compassionate individual who takes a personal interest in every patient. He tries to learn as much as he can about his patients in order to successfully fit them with the perfect device. His care and attention has earned him various awards. Vaughn is proud to offer flexible appointment scheduling and evening appointments, and has even been known to make house calls.
Vaughn is married to Phyllis K. Bray, who is the Administrative Manager of V B Associates, Inc. They were married in 1983 and have three sons who all attend The University of Georgia.

Alabama and North Florida native, Mellissa moved to the Dothan area in the fall of 2013 to be closer to her growing family. She moved from the Mobile area, where she attended University of South Alabama and worked as a dental assistant in downtown Mobile. She has been working as the Patient Care Coordinator for over two years at the Dothan Beltone which has recently become part of the V B Associates family. She is currently studying to become a hearing care professional.
