He is a Beltone Master Hearing Aid Practioner, a member of the International Hearing Society, The Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals, and The Alabama Society of Hearing Healthcare Providers. Howard holds an AA degree in Liberal Arts, BA degree in Spanish and English, and an MBA degree. Howard prides himself in providing compassionate service to the hearing impaired community. Howard with his wife, Margaret, in December of 2004 purchased the Pensacola practice. In 2006 they were awarded the 2005 ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD as one of the best new practices in the United States. This practice was the recipient of the 2010 BELTONE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE FOR THE SOUTHEAST REGION.

Hearing Aid SpecialistRon Hancock is a Hearing Aid Specialist licensed in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. He is a second generation practitioner joining the family practice in 2010. Ron is a classically-trained musician who holds a bachelor of Music degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a member of the International Hearing Society, the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals, and the Alabama Association of Hearing Healthcare Providers with whom he serves as Webmaster. Ron is also a member of Lions Club International where he enjoys volunteering in a variety of community projects.
Compassionate by nature, Ron offers the highest level of professional care to his patients. In 2010, Ron and his family's practice were recognized with the Beltone Excellence Award for the Southeast Region. This award is bestowed upon only one practice per region. In both 2011 and 2012, Ron was recognized with the receipt of a Pacesetter Award for outstanding performance in maintaining the high standards of ethical and conscientious service to the hard of hearing public. He was also designated Master Hearing Aid Practitioner by Beltone at the end of 2012. In 2014, Ron and his family's practice were nationally recognized with one of Beltone's highest honors, the Circle of Excellence Award. This award places the Hancock family's Beltone practice in the upper echelon of over 1500 practices nationwide. This coveted award earned by only the best practices whom have consistently demonstrated the highest ethical and business practices, the most satisfied patient feedback and best all-around patient care possible.

Hearing Aid SpecialistDerek is licensed in both Alabama and Florida and serves as the primary practitioner in our Andalusia, Atmore and Milton locations. Derek holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science and Bible from Freed-Hardeman University. In addition, he also holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Harding University.
Derek is an active member of the Alabama Society of Hearing Healthcare Providers. In 2011 he was presented with a Pacesetter Award for exemplary performance in maintaining the high standards of ethical and conscientious service to the hard of hearing public.

Practice AdministratorMargaret, alongside her husband, Howard, is the Business Administrator for the Beltone network they have built up themselves. Coming from her background as a Patient Care Coordinator and Administrator for a very large and successful Beltone in South Florida, Margaret has brought the best of her practices into her own Beltone stores to create a successful network of 9 stores spanning three states, including Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi - with plans of more to come. Margaret has a passion for providing compassionate, caring patient care, as evidenced by the various awards she and her staff have accumulated over the 10 years since Margaret and Howard opened their first Beltone in Pensacola, FL. These awards include: 2005 Rookie of the Year Award, 2010 Award of Excellence for the Southeastern Region, and the 2014 Award of Excellence for the Southeastern Region.
