Austin grew up with Hearing loss, so he understands the obstacles that the hearing-impaired face every day. His personal experiences make him very qualified to assist with their hearing care solutions. Austin has served on the Kentucky Academy of Audiology board and assists in the church band. You need to speak to Dawn. She is fantastic and always makes sure I am happy.;
So far the customer service has been extremely poor. I would not recommend this franchise to anyone.;
What a rip off ! Can buy a good pair for the cost of repairs on these things. That is if you can catch them in there office.;
