Jeff was wonderful at Beltone as well as the receptionist! My brother is mentally handicapped and Jeff really made my brother feel welcomed! Jeff was also honest with us that he couldn’t perform the test due to my brother having excessive wax built up and asked us to have his ears flushed and cleaned before coming back. I appreciated the honesty as he wanted the best for my brother. Looking forward to returning soon!;
