Beltone has been helping Americans care for their hearing health for more than 70 years. We're committed to providing superior customer service to all patients. Together with state–of–the–art testing equipment and procedures, and the highest quality hearing aids, we strive to make every visit to a Beltone Hearing Aid Center a positive experience. We feel it's important for all patients to take an active role in deciding on the best solutions for their own hearing care needs. If you suspect that you may have a hearing loss, we invite you to complete our exclusive Personalized Hearing Health Assessment(PHHA) which you can access directly from our website. Once you have printed out the form, simply complete it and bring it with you to your free, comprehensive hearing evaluation. The answers you provide will help your Beltone Hearing Care Practitioner recommend the best solutions for your hearing care needs, and your lifestyle.

Upon your initial visit to our office, your Hearing Care Professional will carefully review your health history, and the results of your PHHA. This is followed by a hearing screening to determine whether or not you have hearing loss. If hearing loss is indicated, your Beltone professional will explain the steps involved in the next phase of your hearing evaluation. It is important to understand that not all hearing loss is permanent, and can often be successfully treated by a physician. Temporary hearing loss can be caused by a number of factors, including, fluid or wax build–up, infection or a punctured eardrum. If this is the case, your Hearing Care Practitioner will let you know and can help you with a medical referral.

Once all of the hearing assessments have been completed, the results are recorded on an audiogram which your Hearing Care Practitioner will explain to you in detail. It will show the type and severity of hearing loss that you have. Together with these results, and the information about your lifestyle and budget, your Hearing Care Practitioner will be able to recommend the styles and types of hearing aids that will work best for you. Beltone's commitment to patient care does not end with the purchase of hearing aids. With Beltone's exclusive BelCare™ program, all adjustments and services are covered for as long as you own your hearing aids. You are always welcome to visit any one of our more than 1500 Beltone locations for all your hearing aid needs, regardless of where you purchased your original Beltone hearing aids.
