My Mother has been a customer with Beltone for quite some time. She's incapacitated at the time & 1 of her hearing aids stopped working. I was able to go by the office in Gastonia without an appt. and Mr. Cato fixed it on the spot! He did this at no cost. I highly recommend because his customer service is top notch!;
