As life-long Great Falls resident with relatives in Great Falls and Helena, I’m proud to do my very best to help people in both communities who have suffered from hearing loss. Seeing what hearing loss has done to many of my friends and neighbors moved me to find out how I can best help them to reconnect with their loved ones and the world around them. It is a pleasure to provide guidance and help those who feel lost to find answers they didn’t know were there. To see a person’s face light up (sometimes with tears of joy) when they realize that they have found what they’ve been looking for never gets old, and I love it. I love being able to have such a positive impact on the daily lives of those in my community and throughout this beautiful state. When I’m not helping my patients in the office, I like to spend much of my time volunteering in the community. I also spend more time than I’d care to admit cleaning up after (my wife’s) cats…

Rodney is in his second decade serving the hearing impaired, and he services the Billings, MT region. Having been trained extensively in hearing care, his desire is to be able to professionally care for each individual's need (and that of their families) to maximize the quality of life...the end results of better hearing! His goal has been to raise the level of hearing health care in the community to best meet its needs. Rodney is Nationally Board Certified (BC-HIS) and Licensed/certified in Iowa and Montana, coupled with an enthusiasm for serving the community, he has garnered a reputation for friendly, thorough service. I’m Kathy Courtnage-Beltone has given me great service! My mini goldendoodle puppy chewed up my hearing aid that was on my nightstand!! Because of the weekend I went 5 days being deaf as I have a severe loss! Thank goodness I had my pups always by my side and letting me know when someone was at the door while being by myself. I really have empathy for those that are completely deaf-it was so isolating and depressing! I was 6 years old when I got my first hearing aid-was 58 years ago-so I really don’t remember what it was like! Thank you Sebastian and Rory for coming through for me!! You have no idea how much I appreciate your service!!;

We visited Beltone as a followup for recently purchased hearing aids. The representative was extremely thorough in reviewing if the hearing aids are being used regularly and if not, taking the time to understand why so he could provide adjustments and suggestions that might make them more comfortable to wear more and get used to. Although not required, he also took the time to perform an updated hearing test, not only to gauge a change in hearing but also if it could help identify small adjustments that might be made to the hearing aids for better usage. Explanations were thorough and easy to understand. Great customer service care!!;
