Jessica Steffes is a Hearing Care Practitioner who joined Beltone in 2021.Jessica started as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at UM-Health West Hospital, where she discovered her passion for helping people regain functionality and independence following a medical illness or injury. Jessica’s passion for helping people fueled her desire to earn her hearing aid specialist license and begin a new career as a hearing health advocate. Jessica says, “The highlight of working for Beltone is seeing the joy on someone’s face when they are able to connect with loved ones through verbal communication and laughter, again.”She is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Holland community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better.When Jessica isn’t caring for her patients, she can usually be found spending quality time with her family while enjoying their favorite activities, such as playing games, hiking, swimming, boating, or hunting for Petoskey stones throughout northern Michigan. Jessica loves to take breaks from the harsh winters of Michigan with her family and enjoys vacations spent on the beautiful beaches in Florida.

Jordan P. Smith, BC-HIS is the Owner and President of Beltone Hearing Centers, with offices in seven counties in West Michigan. He is a 2009 graduate of Central Michigan University where he graduated with honors. After graduation, Jordan and his wife, Amy, lived in Colorado for five years before moving back to West Michigan to join the family Beltone practice. After working in the practice as a Master Hearing Care Practitioner and Vice President for 8 years, Jordan purchased the practice from his father-in-law, Larry Williams. Larry continues to practice on a part-time basis after 30+ years of service to the hearing impaired in our West Michigan communities. Jordan takes great pride in continuing the family legacy as a third-generation owner. Jordan has a passion for helping the hearing impaired and is proud to be a Beltone dispenser. He is a firm believer that Beltone continues to produce the most cutting-edge hearing aid technology in the market, and places compassionate, comprehensive testing and patient care as his number one priority in daily practice. Jordan is a member of International Hearing Society, National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, Michigan Alliance of Hearing Care Professionals, and various local groups and committees. Jordan lives with his wife, Amy, and their 3 children in Norton Shores. When he’s not working in the Beltone practice, Jordan can usually be found on the golf course or enjoying many of the outdoor activities West Michigan has to offer with his family.

He now oversees patient care in the Jenison Beltone office.Jourdan is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Jenison, Grandville, and Grand Rapids communities and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better.When Jourdan isn’t seeing patients, he can usually be found surrounded by friends downtown Grand Rapids or cooking at home for his family. He also enjoys spending time with his loved ones, traveling, and find new and exciting experiences
