John Beckett is a Master Hearing Care Practitioner who joined Beltone in 2015. John started as an HCP in Ludington, MI in January of 2015, where he discovered a passion for helping people with their quality of life. He remembers when his first patient cried with tears of joy after she received her hearing aids with the proper prescription and he knew he was hooked. John has been recognized for his Outstanding Performance in maintaining the high standards in ethical and conscientious service to the hard of hearing public and was awarded the PACESETTER Award from the President of Beltone Corporation in 2016, 2020, and 2021. He is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to Mason, Oceana, Lake and Manistee Counties and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When John isn’t seeing patients, he can usually be found camping, walking his dog, grilling for family or directing for online services at his church. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Cathy and all of his 8 grandkids

Jordan P. Smith, BC-HIS is the Owner and President of Beltone Hearing Centers, with offices in seven counties in West Michigan. He is a 2009 graduate of Central Michigan University where he graduated with honors. After graduation, Jordan and his wife, Amy, lived in Colorado for five years before moving back to West Michigan to join the family Beltone practice. After working in the practice as a Master Hearing Care Practitioner and Vice President for 8 years, Jordan purchased the practice from his father-in-law, Larry Williams. Larry continues to practice on a part-time basis after 30+ years of service to the hearing impaired in our West Michigan communities. Jordan takes great pride in continuing the family legacy as a third-generation owner. Jordan has a passion for helping the hearing impaired and is proud to be a Beltone dispenser. He is a firm believer that Beltone continues to produce the most cutting-edge hearing aid technology in the market, and places compassionate, comprehensive testing and patient care as his number one priority in daily practice. Jordan is a member of International Hearing Society, National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, Michigan Alliance of Hearing Care Professionals, and various local groups and committees. Jordan lives with his wife, Amy, and their 3 children in Norton Shores. When he’s not working in the Beltone practice, Jordan can usually be found on the golf course or enjoying many of the outdoor activities West Michigan has to offer with his family.

They have the best hearing aids, best speech in noise and best after care. They don’t charge for visits after the purchase. They are very helpful! ♥️;
