First it's hard to get to this write a review page. That being said I can't say enough about Shaun and Lisa at the Grand Ledge store. (Lisa needs her own computer) I work as an auto mechanic and use hearing protection but I am starting to lose a little of my high frequency sounds. I wanted to have some hearing protection, hear the noises a car can make, and Bluetooth to my phone. A tall order I know. Shaun has been working with me trying different programs and today an accessory that will pair to my phone and hearing aids. I understand that the aids will pair to an iPhone but I have a 10 month old Motorola with Android 9. I understand the aids are supposed to work with Android 10 which isn't available for my phone yet if at all. So far the Beltone Direct Phone Link 2 is working as required by me. The hearing aids are a little pricey but I wanted all three features in one. Phone, music, hearing protection and hearing aids (ok 4). I'm going in about once a week and working with Shaun to fine tune this setup. I will try to post again with update. Chris;

Today my husband Leslie visited Beltone Skoric Hearing Aid Center in Grand Ledge for his checkup on his hearing aids and when he returned home he was so appreciative of Shawn Miller for all of his expertise and help with his hearing aids.
