Experienced audiologist who was very clear in explaining the results of the test and what was available with options.;
My mother bought hearing aides from here and they work great. More importantly, we've gone back multiple times with questions about the app and maintenance and they have gone out of their way to help and even cleaned the hearing aides for her.
Their customer service is EXCELLENT!;
