I have to say I'm really disappointed after anticipating my husband's new hearing aids. It took 4 weeks for us to receive our hearing aids even though we paid in cash. I actually had to follow up with my health insurance to pay the remaining $49 that beltone didn't pay to get the hearing aids delivered. We were told that the hearing aids would work with beltone's hearing app according to their resources our phone is compatible with the amaze hearing aids. When we went in to beltone's office we already had the new app downloaded on our phone and neither the rep nor the beltone service could get the hearing aids to pair with our phone service. They sent us on our way after 30 minutes and told us it was our phone not their hearing aids. I would not recommend buying from beltone of Iowa we will definitely look elsewhere next time we go to purchase hearing aids.;
