Jennifer at Beltone in Winter Haven is the best! I wish more customer relations in other businesses were as good as she.;

I have been going to Beltone in Winter Haven for the past 3 years. The staff is professional, efficient,and friendly. They are on top of all the new insurance changes. Couldn't ask for a better place to get fitted for the latest technology. I had an issue with product that I purchased. The item was sent out immediately no questions asked. When it came back I received a call. I went today for my annual hearing exam which was very comprehensive. The results were explained in great detail so that I could understand. I will definitely continue to use Beltone of Winter Haven as my go to place for hearing checkups.;

Patrick the owner who conducted all the tests was thorough, he explained each hearing test, was patient and knowledgeable, and critiqued the results so I understood my options very clearly. The front office ladies were friendly, helpful, and handled my Insurance Benefits and the time it would take to come back to be fitted with the Hearing Aides I decided on based on my Benefits. I would highly recommend this Practice to family and friends. 5 Stars!;
