They defined customer service. Prior to visiting this Beltone location I visited one audiologist and two other hearing aid centers. None compared with here. On the first visit, I stepped into the office was immediately met by a smiling face who confirmed who I was, my appointment and asked me to have a seat. Then a second smiling face came down the hall, Nanci, the hearing aid specialist. Her approach was quite different in the fact that, unlike the other centers, her concern was what I was looking for to address my hearing loss (65% one ear, 45% the other). I told her and despite me having the audiologist's test results, she rescreened me. She programmed a set of hearing aids based on the results and had me try them. I didn't have any clue what series the hearing aids were. I told her that I had one other place I wanted to check before I made my decision - and she was perfectly OK with that. I came back three days later and was seen without an appointment. Unlike the other centers, Nanci did not try to push their top of the line models. Instead, she asked about the features I wanted and the price point I was looking at. I got my hearing aids yesterday and could not be more pleased. I know this review is long, but the important thing is this was the only place that built the experience around me, the customer. Thanks.;
