Mr. Randy McCall is a gem! He took time out of his busy schedule yesterday to help my 89 year old Mom with the hearing aids that she purchased through her insurance company 3 months ago. When she took possession of them, very little instruction was given to her and the hearing aids have been virtually useless to her. Trying to get an appointment with her audiologist within her insurance group has been difficult as they’re booked out 3 months. Every time she put them in her ear all she heard was a raspy noise. Mr. Mcall changed the tips on her hearing aids, trying 3 different models. And then, he took the time to show her how to put them in her ear correctly so they work as they should! He then advised us that there is a phone app that we can install on her smartphone so that she can adjust the volume there instead of using the rocker arm on the back of the hearing aid. When you have arthritis in your fingers, the little rocker arm makes it difficult. Thank you so much Mr. McCall, you’ve made life a little easier for my elderly Mom. I would recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking to get hearing aids, you have the patience of Job! You have my business should I ever need them!;
