Always good service;
When I started misunderstanding consonants, I searched for answers and help. I looked up my friend that knows about this and uses a little help him self. In fact he wanted to ask me and have a discussion for some time, but did not know how to start. SO I called Spring and made an prompt appointment with her. The test confirmed a bilateral high frequency mild hearing loss. All those years in the steel mill, Army, race car driver, hunting, woodworking, lots of loud events. Beltone has an agreement with my work location (inland steel / USW 1010) no cost hearing test, hearing aids, free batteries, l S D coverage, and quarterly checkups, tuning of devices if needed. Bell Care program. Spring, and Carla have been great and treat me right on my hearing needs. November 3 we do a new test, and I will be selecting my new model devices for the second 3 year period. I have my eyes on an upgraded model, the promise pse 1735 DPW with tel coils and dual mic's, and the device that allows control from my new iPad Air.
